CBD is a South Australian owned entity which has substantial experience in the delivery of multi-faceted maintenance activities to a broad spectrum of clients and properties which we have refined over the last 23 years of operation.

We are aware of the importance of quality, cost effective delivery of services as well as ensuring compliance to the relevant standards, codes and legislation for the protection of the property occupants. To implement this goal, we have developed our “One Stop Shop” philosophy designed to ease the client’s administration and management burden of co-ordinating a number of single trade contractors and actively advocate multi-skilling in an endeavour to deliver savings to our clients.

CBD's core business is in the maintenance and re-fitting of retail, industrial and commercial buildings, which we aim to deliver to the highest standard causing the least amount of disturbance to the occupants and tenants

Here at CBD we are also excited about the new direction the company is undertaking in our recent expansion into the Northern Territory, where we have been commissioned to perform the repairs, maintenance & installation of electrical power generation systems in remote communities for the Power & Water Corporation and have been heavily involved in the electrical installations for the University of NSW at their Balloon Launching site.

In this document, we provide a background to our business, the people who work for us, and our capability. We will also provide some specific information to illustrate our track record.
